Keva Tranzor

Executive Vice President, The BLOC Ministries Inc.

Keva Tranzor is an educator, workforce development professional, administrator, and youth advocate with more than 20 years of experience helping young people and professionals grow personally, academically, and professionally. She holds a Master's degree in Workforce Education, Training and Development from Penn State University and has extensive experience developing, teaching, and training leaders who serve young adults ages 16–24.

Throughout her career, Keva has worked with children and young adults ranging from ages 13 to 24, including at-risk youth and youth from diverse backgrounds. Her professional experience also includes administrative leadership and supporting young adults and working professionals, including resident physicians, as they navigate education, training, and professional development.

One of Keva's greatest strengths is her ability to take someone's vision and help turn it into an actionable plan. She brings structure to ideas, organizes the details, develops processes, and helps move a vision from concept to execution. That same approach shapes the way she serves young people—helping them recognize their potential, organize their goals, and take practical steps toward the future they envision for themselves.

As Executive Vice President of The BLOC Ministries, Keva uses her administrative leadership and passion for young people to help build the structure necessary for the ministry's vision to become reality. She believes young people don't just need opportunities; they need people who can see their potential, help develop it, and provide the support and structure necessary for them to succeed.

At the heart of her work is a desire to help young people discover their God-given gifts, understand their purpose, and become young men and women of faith, character, confidence, and excellence—becoming more than they ever imagined.

Reaching every youth, every city, one B.L.O.C. at a time.
